Rajkumar birth dau is on 24th of April of 1929 in Gajanur of Talavadi taluk in the Erode district of Tamil Nadu. His father name is Puttaswamayya and mother Lakshmamma were well known theatre artists from Singanallur. Puttaswamayya was good at playing roles in Kamsa, Ravana and Hiranyakashipu.
